Common use of Statement of Revenues and Expenditure Clause in Contracts

Statement of Revenues and Expenditure. The State Treasury will make generally available to its securityholders and to the Representatives, as soon as practicable after the close of its first fiscal year beginning after the date of this Agreement, a statement in reasonable detail in the English language of its revenues and expenditures for such fiscal year which shall satisfy the provisions of Section 11(a) of the Securities Act.
