The Board of Directors may, by resolution adopted by vote of a majority of the whole Board of Directors, from time to time, appoint the time and place for holding stated meetings of the Board of Directors, if by it deemed advisable; and such stated meetings shall thereupon be held at the time and place so appointed, without the giving of any special notice with regard thereto.
