Common use of Stated Capital Clause in Contracts

Stated Capital. The stated capital account in the records of Amalco for the Amalco Shares shall be equal to the stated capital attributed to the XTRX Shares and the Subco Shares, determined immediately before the Amalgamation.

Stated Capital. The stated capital account in the records of Amalco for the Amalco Shares shall be equal to the stated capital attributed to the XTRX ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Shares and the Subco Shares, determined immediately before the Amalgamation.
