State-Specific Addendum. If and to the extent required by applicable State law, one or more addenda may be attached hereto or below and if so, such addenda are hereby incorporated herein.
State-Specific Addendum. For Participants residing or working in the state(s) in Exhibit 1, the provisions in Paragraph 2 will be subject to state-specific law(s) as set forth in Exhibit 1 and as otherwise required by applicable law, which are incorporated into this SAR Agreement.
