State Project A. A. Only the goods and/or services described within the attached Agreement and Attachment A Scope of Work are eligible expenditures for the funds awarded. B. All provisions of Section 379.249, Florida Statutes and Rule 68E-9, Florida Administrative Code must be complied with in order to receive funding under this Agreement. C. The Grantee must comply with the requirements of all applicable laws, rules or regulations relating to this artificial reef project.
