State of Incorporation, Legal Name and Identification Number. Debtor’s name as it appears in official filings in the state of organization, all prior names of Debtor during the past five years, as they appeared from time to time in official filings in the state of its incorporation or organization, the type of entity of Debtor (including corporation, partnership, limited partnership or limited liability company), organizational identification number issued by Debtor’s state of organization or a statement that no such number has been issued, Debtor’s state of organization, the location of Debtor’s chief executive office, principal place of business, all warehouses, consignees and processors with whom Inventory or other Collateral is stored or located and other premises where Collateral is stored or located, and the locations of its books and records concerning the Collateral are set forth on Schedule 3.1 hereto.
