The Company shall maintain and transmit to the Trust information on sales, redemptions and exchanges of shares of each Portfolio by state or jurisdiction of residence of individual Contract owners and any other information requested by the Trust to enable the Trust or its affiliates to properly register or report the sale of the shares under the securities, licensing or qualification laws of the various states and jurisdictions. Such information shall be provided in a form mutually agreeable to the Trust and the Company.

If any Social Security number(s) is/are disclosed by Contractor, Contractor agrees to pay the cost of the notice of disclosure of a breach of the security of the system in addition to any other claims and expenses for which it is liable under the terms of this contract.

2. The signature of this Agreement by the Owner and/or his Agent becomes valid and binds the Owner to his obligations hereinafter mentioned only on the condition that the Owner will actually receive the sums of the payments in time, as indicated and agreed in the above Clause 1 and Page1.
3. The Owner agrees:
a) To fit out the Yacht and to hand her to the Charterer, without crew, clean, ready for sea, with all the gear and equipment indicated in the Yacht’s brochure and its inventory list, and in proper running and seaworthy condition at ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ – ATHENS
