Common use of State Disability Integration Clause in Contracts

State Disability Integration. After such employee has been absent from work due to personal illness for six (6) workdays, the City shall integrate the employee's pay with the employee's State Disability benefits in the following way: 27.1.1.1 The City will determine the weekly SDI benefit amount based on the amount of wages earned with the City of Berkeley in the SDI base period.
