Common use of State Certification Clause in Contracts

State Certification. Customer warrants that in all jurisdictions in which it provides long distance services that require certification, it has obtained the necessary certification from the appropriate governmental authority. Further, if required by WilTel, Customer agrees to provide proof of such certification acceptable to WilTel. In the event Customer is prohibited, either on a temporary or permanent basis, from conducting its telecommunications operations in a given state, Customer shall (i) immediately notify WilTel by facsimile, and (ii) send written notice to WilTel within twenty-four (24) hours of such prohibition.
