Common use of Startup Clause in Contracts

Startup. Customer will (i) use all reasonable resources, including the assignment of adequate personnel to assure timely performance of those functions required of Customer to permit Galileo to begin processing related to the Customer Accounts pursuant to this Agreement, and (ii) comply with any reasonable directions of Galileo so as to enable Galileo to begin processing related to the Customer Accounts pursuant to this Agreement.
