Starting Value Sample Clauses
Starting Value. The average of each TSR Peer Company’s stock price for the 60 trading days prior to the first day of a Performance Period (the “Starting Value”); and
Starting Value. For purposes of this Award Agreement, the “Starting Value” shall be equal to the 30-day trading average of a share of Common Stock through the date prior to the start of the Performance Period.
