Common use of Starting Point Clause in Contracts

Starting Point. 25.1 Each employee upon engagement shall be given a starting point which shall be the point of commencement of his/her daily duty. 25.2 Any change in the starting point shall be by agreement between the employer and an employee.

The Employer may change in the an employee’s starting point shall be on the following basis: (a) on a permanent basis by agreement between with the employer and an employee; (b) on a temporary basis without agreement of the employee; or (c) on a permanent basis without agreement of the employee provided that the new starting point is within the same municipality as the old starting point.
