Standards Setting Organizations Clause Samples

A Standards Setting Organizations (SSO) clause defines the obligations and procedures that parties must follow when participating in organizations that develop and maintain industry standards. By establishing clear rules for participation and IP disclosure, the clause helps prevent patent hold-up and ensures that standards remain accessible and implementable by all industry participants.
