Lessee shall keep and maintain all books and records relating to the Premises in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles applied on a 14056785-V2 Page 28 of 40 Scottsdale No. 2016-014-COS consistent basis. Lessee shall retain all records related to this Agreement or ▇▇▇▇▇▇’s performances hereunder for a period of seven (7) years after the period reported in the record.
