Standards and Publications. If the standards referred to in Appendix 3 (Measurement Procedures): 5.4.1 are required to be replaced by applicable law or regulations; or 5.4.2 are replaced by the institute or body issuing such standard or publications; or 5.4.3 cease to be published altogether by such institute or body; following consultation with the Downstream Operator and Relevant Shippers, INGL shall amend Appendix 3 (Measurement Procedures) in such manner as it deems appropriate acting as a Reasonable and Prudent Operator.
