Common use of STANDARD PRACTICES Clause in Contracts

STANDARD PRACTICES. The Parties acknowledge that GTE shall be adopting some industry standard practices and/or establishing its own standard practices to various requirements hereunder applicable to the CLEC industry which may be added in the Guide. NEN agrees that GTE may implement such practices to satisfy any GTE obligations under this Agreement.

STANDARD PRACTICES. The Parties acknowledge that GTE shall be adopting some industry standard practices approaches and/or establishing its own standard practices approaches to various requirements hereunder applicable to the CLEC industry which may be added in the Guideapplicable. NEN Nextel agrees that GTE may implement such practices approaches to satisfy any GTE obligations under this Agreement.

NEN First Choice agrees that GTE may implement such practices to satisfy any GTE obligations under this Agreement.

NEN 360° agrees that GTE may implement such practices approaches to satisfy any GTE obligations under this Agreement.

NEN NOW agrees that GTE may implement such practices to satisfy any GTE obligations under this Agreement.

NEN Powertel agrees that GTE may implement such practices approaches to satisfy perform any GTE obligations under this Agreement.

NEN Tallgrass agrees that GTE may implement such practices approaches to satisfy any GTE obligations under this Agreement.

The Parties acknowledge that GTE shall be adopting some industry standard practices approaches and/or establishing its own standard practices approaches to various requirements hereunder applicable to the CLEC industry which may be added in the Guideapplicable. NEN Mountaineer agrees that GTE may implement such practices approaches to satisfy any GTE obligations under this Agreement.

NEN TOUCHTONE agrees that GTE may implement such practices to satisfy any GTE obligations under this Agreement.

The Parties acknowledge that GTE shall be adopting some industry standard practices and/or establishing its own standard practices to various requirements hereunder applicable to the CLEC UTI industry which may be added in the Guide. NEN UTI agrees that GTE may implement such practices to satisfy any GTE obligations under this Agreement.

STANDARD PRACTICES. The Parties acknowledge that GTE shall be adopting some industry standard practices and/or establishing its own standard practices to various requirements hereunder applicable to the CLEC industry which may be added in the Guide. NEN XXX agrees that GTE may implement such practices to satisfy any GTE obligations under this Agreement.
