Common use of Standard Booth Clause in Contracts

Standard Booth. The system that is rented to the COMPANY during the congress consisting of the melamine coated chipboard panel and aluminum profiles which defines the boundaries of the booth having numbers of facades which is predetermined in the project. There are two chairs for each of the booth, one desk, one trash can and one socket included to the booth system. Extra services and equipment requests by COMPANY before the date March 12, 2022 will be provided for the fee if it is approved by the CHAMBER. Since the standard booths have no carrying property, it is not allowed to drill or nail the panels and stick the advertising material on it. Only light weighted pictures are allowed to put it on and the use of the double-sided tape is demanded. The products to be exhibited should be designed to remain in the airspace belonging to the booth area.
