Standard 2. The professional school counselor implements the core counseling curriculum through the use of effective instructional skills and careful planning of structured group sessions for all students.
Standard 2. E.4 Those agents investigated per Standard 2.E.2 and 2.E.3, and found to be misrepresenting products at the point of sale are retrained or disciplined as appropriate up to, and including, dismissal. Pass/Fail Pass

Performance measurements include: • Complaint activity; • Taken rates; and, • Risk associated with agent debt. These measurement standards identify Field Leaders requiring additional oversight, as well as those demonstrating effective accountability and performance. Pass/Fail Pass
