Common use of Staffing; Training Clause in Contracts

Staffing; Training. Santarus shall be solely responsible for all costs and expenses of compensating the Santarus Sales Force. Santarus will develop training materials for the Santarus Sales Force with respect to the Product. Santarus will provide each of S2 and VeroScience with the opportunity to review key training materials related to the Product and prepared by Santarus by delivering copies of such training materials to S2 and VeroScience. S2 and VeroScience shall have [***] ([***]) business days after their receipt of the training materials to provide comments on such training materials, which Santarus shall reasonably consider in good faith to ensure that such training materials are not inconsistent with the scientific and medical information for the Product.
