Common use of STAFFING SECURITY Clause in Contracts

STAFFING SECURITY. The Staff, engaged within the boundaries of the Premises, shall comply with such rules, regulations and requirements (including those relating to security arrangements) as may be in force from time to time for the conduct of personnel when at or outside the Premises including any requirements imposed pursuant to clause 30 (Security). Notwithstanding clause 15 (Dispute Resolution), any decision of the Commissioner relating to the interpretation of this clause 16 (Staff), including in respect of: any person refused access to the Premises; and the Supplier's compliance with clause 16.4, shall be final and conclusive and it shall not be obliged to provide any reasons for such decision.
