STAFFING RESPONSIBILITIES. The Compliance Committee shall implement processes for identifying staffing-related issues or concerns, assess the adequacy of staffing, and make recommendations regarding how to improve or enhance the staffing at the Behavioral Health Facilities. The Compliance Committee shall consult with appropriate personnel from the Behavioral Health Facilities and the Independent Monitor required under Section III.D of this CIA in implementing processes and assessing staffing at the Behavioral Health Facilities. The Compliance Committee also shall review the development and implementation of the staffing-related policies and procedures required by Section III.B of this CIA.
