Staffing Formulae Clause Samples

The Staffing Formulae clause defines the method or criteria for determining the number and types of personnel required for a particular project or service. Typically, this clause outlines how staffing levels are calculated based on factors such as project scope, workload, or specific deliverables, and may include formulas or benchmarks to guide these calculations. By establishing clear guidelines for staffing, the clause helps ensure that adequate resources are allocated to meet contractual obligations and prevents disputes over understaffing or overstaffing.
Staffing Formulae. For full-scale productions (single or in repertory), the Engager shall at all times engage one (1) Stage Manager and two (2) Assistant Stage Managers to work solely on each production. However, once a production has had its first public presentation the Stage Manager and/or Assistant Stage Manager(s) may participate in rehearsals for a subsequent production. When two (2) or more productions are given in repertory one (1) Stage Manager may be designated as the Production Stage Manager.
