Staffing Consistency. Researcher will make all reasonable efforts to minimize staffing changes to help ensure continuity, relationship building, and performance efficiency. Staff turnover in key and management positions more than twice per quad may result in contract adjustments, up to and including termination, per the terms of this contract.
