Staff Development Certificate Program. 2 Members in years 1-14 may participate in the Staff Development Certificate 3 Program. 4 15.14.2.1 Any Member seeking to qualify for additional compensation under 5 the SDCP shall submit an application on a form provided by the 6 District prior to May 1. The Member shall provide certification of 7 thirty (30) hours of District approved inservice. Duplicate or 8 repetitive training is not eligible for certification. Members who 9 have participated in equivalent trainings outside of the District or 10 training relative to a specialized area may submit their application 11 to the Assistant Superintendent for Instructional Services for 12 review. 13 15.14.2.2 Any Member whose application to participate in the SDCP is 14 approved shall receive compensation that year and one 15 subsequent year. Upon expiration of the stipend a Member may 16 participate in SDCP and reapply for a subsequent stipend.
