Common use of STAFF COMMITMENT Clause in Contracts

STAFF COMMITMENT. If this Settlement Agreement is approved by the Commission, Staff will not initiate any complaint to the Commission or request the Commission to hold a hearing or issue any order in respect of any conduct or alleged conduct of the respondents in relation to the facts set out in Part III of this Settlement Agreement.

STAFF COMMITMENT. 90. If this Settlement Agreement is approved by the Commission, Staff will not initiate any complaint to the Commission or request the Commission to hold a hearing or issue any order or initiate any other proceeding or prosecution against the ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Group, including any proceedings under section 128 of the Act, in respect of any conduct or alleged conduct of the respondents ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Group in relation to the facts set out in Part III of this Settlement Agreement.

STAFF COMMITMENT. 47. If this Settlement Agreement settlement is approved by the Commission, Staff will not initiate any complaint to the Commission or request the Commission to hold a hearing or issue any other order in respect of any conduct or alleged conduct of the respondents ▇▇▇▇▇ in relation to any of the facts set out in Part III of this Settlement Agreementagreement or in relation to the allegations set out in the notice of hearing and/or the statement of allegations.

If this Settlement Agreement is approved by the Commission, Staff will not initiate any complaint to the Commission or request in accordance with the Commission to hold a hearing or issue any order in respect of any conduct or alleged conduct of procedures described herein and such further procedures as may be agreed upon between Staff and the respondents in relation to the facts set out in Part III of this Settlement AgreementRespondent.
