Staff and Agents. Each party agrees to cause its personnel, staff, and agents, if any, to undertake the same obligations of confidentiality and ownership agreed to herein by that party, and that only those authorized individuals who are relevant to the use of the FASFA Filing Status Information provided pursuant to this Agreement shall have access to such information.
