Stadium Developer. □ Following certification of the GMP, the Stadium Developer will generally assume full responsibility to manage the construction of the Stadium and Stadium Infrastructure. □ The MSFA is currently acting as the Stadium Developer and will continue to do so unless the Vikings request to become the Stadium Developer prior to certification of the GMP. □ The Stadium Developer will be responsible for cost over runs, but the MSFA and state will not be liable to contribute in excess of $498 million. □ Certain issues that the MSFA and the Vikings know will not be decided prior to execution of the Development Agreement will continue to be managed by the SDC Group until finalized. □ The MSFA and the Vikings have agreed to an initial set of design and construction specifications and standards (Minimum Design Standards) that must be delivered in the final Stadium and Stadium Infrastructure. □ Both parties have the right to enforce the Minimum Design Standards. □ The Final Minimum Design Standards will be established when the GMP is certified by MA ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇. □ The MSFA and the Vikings have received all of the principal land use approvals for the Project from the City of Minneapolis consistent with the recommendations developed during the public Stadium Implementation Committee process set forth in Stadium Legislation. □ The MSFA and the Vikings will cooperate to prepare and submit additional and supplemental information to the City of Minneapolis necessary to secure any additional required approvals.
