SRR Clause Samples
The SRR (Setoff, Recoupment, and Reimbursement) clause defines the rights of parties to offset or deduct amounts owed to each other under a contract. In practice, this clause allows one party to reduce its payment obligations by the amount the other party owes, or to recover overpayments or losses directly from amounts otherwise due. This mechanism ensures that financial imbalances are promptly corrected, minimizing the risk of non-payment and streamlining the settlement of mutual obligations between the parties.
