SRP Support Sample Clauses
The SRP Support clause establishes the obligations and procedures for providing support related to the Service Request Process (SRP). Typically, this clause outlines the types of support available, such as technical assistance or troubleshooting, and may specify response times, support channels, and the scope of issues covered. By clearly defining the support framework, the clause ensures that users have reliable access to help when navigating the SRP, thereby minimizing disruptions and resolving issues efficiently.
