SRP IT Enterprise Operation. The contractor shall assist in the development and oversee maintenance and administration of SRP systems. The contractor shall ensure the consolidation of Hardware (HW), Software (SW), and servers are in line with the Army Data Center Consolidation Plan (ADCCP). The contractor shall maintain SRP HW and SW life-cycle plan and recommended HW and SW configurations for all facets of the SRP. The contractor shall coordinate with system POCs to ensure appropriate replacement of HW and SW is programmed and executed. The contractor shall provide systems analysis support for applications as required. The contractor shall coordinate all Configuration Management processes, ensure system changes comply with Army directives/guidance and provide IT support for system interfaces. The contractor shall review system interface agreements and service level agreements to ensure that the best interests of SRP Lead Agent are considered prior to interface implementation. The contractor shall install software and applicable databases onto the appropriate computer(s) operating systems, create and configure databases (for a data warehousing application), and use import utilities to populate databases.
