SRO Progression Clause Samples

SRO Progression. Employees entering the Senior Reactor Operator (SRO) license program will be immediately promoted to a position outside the bargaining unit. Such employees may voluntarily return to their previous position in accordance with Article V, Section 2, Paragraph C.2 of the Labor Agreement.
