SPRITE TRANSFORMATIONS. Sprites can be arbitrarily scaled, rotated, translated, and skewed. Perspective projection should be an option, but may be lower performance. Sprite transformation precision is 16 bit fixed point. Higher precision, such as floating point, could be an option at lower performance.
