Sprint Contract Sample Clauses
Sprint Contract. The services contract ("Sprint Contract") --------------- between BSG Solutions, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Empyrean Holdings ("BSG"), and Sprint, Inc. ("Sprint") (which contract was attached as a schedule to the Recapitalization Agreement) is in full force and effect. Empyrean Holdings has no knowledge of any pending or anticipated termination of the Sprint Contract by Sprint.
Sprint Contract. There is a default under the Sprint Contract by Sprint, Borrower, Borrower Parent or a Subcontractor.
