SPRING QUARTER. If notice of cancellation for the Spring Quarter is received on or before January 25, 2026 the Deposit is refundable. A notice of cancellation received January 26 – February 15 will result in the forfeiture of the Deposit (or, if the student account balance has already zeroed out and/or a forfeiture is not possible, Student will pay the amount of the Deposit to the Housing Office) plus a cancellation fee of $500 charged to their student account. A notice of cancellation received February 16 – February 22 will result in the forfeiture of the Deposit (or, if the student account balance has already zeroed out and/or a forfeiture is not possible, Student will pay the amount of the Deposit to the Housing Office) plus a cancellation fee of $700 charged to their student account. A notice of cancellation received February 23 – March 22 will result in the forfeiture of the Deposit (or, if the student account balance has already zeroed out and/or a forfeiture is not possible, Student will pay the amount of the Deposit to the Housing Office) plus a cancellation fee of $1000 charged to their student account.
SPRING QUARTER. The first day of instruction will be the second Monday after the end of Winter Quarter. The Spring quarter will be 54 instructional days long and end on a Friday. The holiday will be the observed Memorial Day.
SPRING QUARTER. University hereby grants Licensee permission to occupy a bed space within the housing facilities as a Licensee for the term beginning Sunday, March 25, 2018 and ending at 5:00PM on Friday, June 8, 2018, unless previously terminated under the provisions of this License Agreement.
