Common use of Spousal Conversions Clause in Contracts

Spousal Conversions. After the Effective Date, Ceding Company's Reinsured Contracts that permit a surviving spouse to continue a Reinsured Contract in that surviving spouse's name shall, upon any such continuance, immediately become a Reinsured Contract within the meaning of this Agreement.
