SPORY. A court with subject-matter and territorial competence determined by the location of the Donor’s branch office placed in the territory of the Slovak republic shall decide any possible disputes. If such agreement of the Parties is deemed inadmissible by the applicable laws, a court which is competent according to the applicable laws of Slovak republic shall decide.
