Common use of SPORY Clause in Contracts

SPORY. A dispute arising out of this Agreement must be resolved in accordance with this clause. However, nothing in this clause prevents a Party from obtaining urgent injunctive relief, if necessary to protect Intellectual Property rights or prevent disclosure of Confidential Information. 15.1.
