Split Suppliers Sample Clauses

Split Suppliers. CM and each applicable Supplier shall notify Cisco BV promptly in the event (i) there is a change in ownership representing [ * ] or more of the equity ownership of any Supplier, (ii) any Supplier closes or relocates a United States site, or (iii) any Supplier or other CM Affiliate opens a new United States site. Exhibit F may be amended from time to time to provide for additional Supplier sites, if any, within the United States.
