Common use of Split, Subdivision or Combination of Shares Clause in Contracts

Split, Subdivision or Combination of Shares. If the Company at any time while this Warrant, or any portion thereof, remains outstanding and unexpired shall split, subdivide or combine the securities as to which purchase rights under this Warrant exist, into a different number of securities of the same class, then (i) in the case of a split or subdivision, the Exercise Price for such securities shall be proportionately decreased and the securities issuable upon exercise of this Warrant shall be proportionately increased, and (ii) in the case of a combination, the Exercise Price for such securities shall be proportionately increased and the securities issuable upon exercise of this Warrant shall be proportionately decreased.

Split, Subdivision or Combination of Shares. If the Company at any time while this Warrant, Warrant or any portion thereof, hereof remains outstanding and unexpired unexpired, shall split, subdivide or combine the securities as to which purchase rights under this Warrant exist, into a different number of securities of the same class, then (i) the Exercise Price for such securities shall be proportionately decreased, and the number of shares of such securities for which this Warrant may be exercised shall be proportionately increased, in the case of a split or subdivision, the Exercise Price for such securities shall be proportionately decreased and the securities issuable upon exercise of this Warrant shall be proportionately increased, and (ii) in the case of a combination, or the Exercise Price for such securities shall be proportionately increased and the number of shares of such securities issuable upon exercise of for which this Warrant may be exercised shall be proportionately decreased, in the case of a combination.

If the Company Company, at any time while this Warrant, Warrant or any portion thereof, thereof remains outstanding and unexpired unexpired, shall split, subdivide or combine the securities as to which purchase rights under this Warrant exist, outstanding shares of Common Stock into a different number of securities shares of the same class, Common Stock then (i) in the case of a split or subdivision, the Exercise Price for such securities shall be proportionately decreased and the securities Warrant Shares issuable upon exercise of this Warrant shall be proportionately increased, and (ii) in the case of a combination, the Exercise Price for such securities Warrant Shares shall be proportionately increased and the securities issuable upon exercise of this Warrant shall be proportionately decreased.

If the Company at any time while this Warrant, or any portion thereofhereof, remains outstanding and unexpired shall split, subdivide or combine the securities as to which purchase rights under this Warrant existexist (including, with respect to a split or subdivision, by way of the issuance of a share dividend or bonus shares), into a different number of securities of the same class, then (i) in the case of a split or subdivision, the Exercise Price for such securities shall be proportionately decreased and the number of securities issuable upon exercise of this Warrant shall be proportionately increased, and (ii) increased in the case of a combination, split or subdivision or the Exercise Price for of such securities shall be proportionately increased and the number of securities issuable upon exercise proportionately decreased in the case of this Warrant shall be proportionately decreaseda combination.

Upon each such adjustment of the Exercise Price, the Exercise Price for such securities number of Warrant Shares purchasable hereunder shall be proportionately increased and in the securities issuable upon exercise case of this Warrant shall be a split or subdivision or proportionately decreaseddecreased in the case of a combination.

If the Company at any time while this Warrant, or any portion thereofhereof, remains outstanding and unexpired shall split, subdivide or combine the securities as to which purchase rights under this Warrant existexist (including, with respect to a split or subdivision, by way of the issuance of a stock dividend or bonus shares), into a different number of securities of the same class, then (i) in the case of a split or subdivision, the Exercise Price for such securities shall be proportionately decreased and the number of securities issuable upon exercise of this Warrant shall be proportionately increased, and (ii) increased in the case of a combination, split or subdivision or the Exercise Price for of such securities shall be proportionately increased and the number of securities issuable upon exercise proportionately decreased in the case of this Warrant shall be proportionately decreaseda combination.

If the Company Company, at any time while this Warrant, Warrant or any portion thereof, thereof remains outstanding and unexpired unexpired, shall split, subdivide or combine the securities as to which purchase rights under this Warrant exist, outstanding shares of Common Stock into a different number of securities shares of the same classCommon Stock, as applicable, then (i) in the case of a split or subdivision, the Exercise Price for such securities shall be proportionately decreased and the securities Warrant Shares issuable upon exercise of this Warrant shall be proportionately increased, and (ii) in the case of a combination, the Exercise Price for such securities Warrant Shares shall be proportionately increased and the securities issuable upon exercise of this Warrant shall be proportionately decreased.

If the Company at any time while this Warrant, Warrant or any portion thereof, hereof remains outstanding and unexpired unexpired, shall split, subdivide or combine the securities as to which purchase rights under this Warrant exist, into a different number of securities of the same class, then (i) in the case of a split or subdivision, the Exercise Price for such securities shall be proportionately decreased and the number of shares of such securities issuable upon exercise of for which this Warrant may be exercised shall be proportionately increased, and (ii) in the case of a combinationsplit or subdivision, or the Exercise Price for such securities shall be proportionately increased and the number of shares of such securities issuable upon exercise of for which this Warrant may be exercised shall be proportionately decreased, in the case of a combination.

If the Company Company, at any time while this Warrant, Warrant or any portion thereofhereof remains unexpired, remains outstanding and unexpired shall split, subdivide or combine the securities as to which purchase rights under this Warrant exist, outstanding shares of Stock into a different number of securities shares of the same classStock, then (i) in the case of a split or subdivision, the Exercise Price for such securities shall be proportionately decreased and the securities Warrant Shares issuable upon exercise of this Warrant shall be proportionately increased, and (ii) in the case of a combination, the Exercise Price for such securities shall be proportionately increased and the securities Warrant Shares issuable upon exercise of this Warrant shall be proportionately decreased.

If the Company at any time while this Warrant, or any portion thereof, remains outstanding and unexpired shall split, subdivide or combine the securities as to which purchase rights under this Warrant exist, into a different number of securities of the same class, then (i) in the case of a split or subdivision, the Exercise Price for such securities shall be proportionately decreased and the securities issuable upon exercise of this Warrant shall be proportionately increasedincreased (by an adjustment to the Number), and (ii) in the case of a combination, the Exercise Price for such securities shall be proportionately increased and the securities issuable upon exercise of this Warrant shall be proportionately decreaseddecreased(by an adjustment to the Number). There shall be no adjustment in the Exercise Price (unless the par value changes accordingly).

Split, Subdivision or Combination of Shares. If the Company at any time while this Warrant, or any portion thereofhereof, remains outstanding and unexpired shall split, subdivide or combine the securities as to which purchase rights under this Warrant exist, into a different number of securities of the same class, then (i) in the case of a split or subdivision, the Exercise Price for such securities shall be proportionately decreased and the securities issuable upon exercise of this Warrant Number shall be proportionately increased, and (ii) in the case of a combination, the Exercise Price for such securities shall be proportionately increased and the securities issuable upon exercise of this Warrant Number shall be proportionately decreased.

If the Company at any time while this Warrant, or any portion thereof, remains outstanding and unexpired shall split, subdivide or combine the securities as to which purchase rights under this Warrant exist, into a different number of securities of the same class, then (ia) in the case of a split or subdivision, the Exercise Price for such securities shall be proportionately decreased and the securities issuable upon exercise of this Warrant shall be proportionately increased, and (iib) in the case of a combination, the Exercise Price for such securities shall be proportionately increased and the securities issuable upon exercise of this Warrant shall be proportionately decreased.
