Split Schedule Clause Samples

A Split Schedule clause defines how the timing or delivery of obligations, such as payments or services, is divided into separate, distinct parts rather than occurring all at once. For example, a contract might require a portion of the work to be completed and paid for by one date, with the remainder scheduled for a later time. This clause is particularly useful for managing complex projects or transactions, as it allows parties to coordinate phased performance and payments, thereby reducing risk and improving project oversight.
