Speech Language Pathologists (SLP) Workload Sample Clauses
The Speech Language Pathologists (SLP) Workload clause defines the expectations and limitations regarding the amount and type of work assigned to SLPs within an organization. It typically outlines caseload maximums, the range of duties included (such as direct therapy, assessments, paperwork, and meetings), and may specify how non-student-related tasks are factored into overall workload calculations. By clearly delineating these parameters, the clause helps prevent overburdening SLPs, ensures manageable workloads, and supports the delivery of effective services to students.
