Common use of SPECTATORS Clause in Contracts

SPECTATORS. The spectators should stay in the reception area and should not distract the players or coaches during the session. The maximum number of players is 10, these persons should be managed according to the spaces provided and all safety nets and areas should be secured prior to use. Players must wear protective clothing and helmets at all times as set out by the ECB, as well as adhere to net safety principles. The nets are sprung and parents, coaches and players should be aware that the balls may rebound off of these. Nets should ALWAYS be drawn closed to protect windows. Players should not lean on or push off the nets as this will cause damage. Only players and coaches are permitted in the nets/gym area. Please do not venture round the side or back of the net as the net is in progress. The bowling machine may only be run by an adult over the age of 18, who has received the necessary safety induction session. (To arrange a Bowling Machine Induction session please call the office. When using the bowling machine, the protective net should be used AT ALL TIMES. Ensure that the bowling machine battery pack wires are facing AWAY from the batter. The Bowling Machine GUARD to be used at all times. (Situated to the right hand side of the net) Please bring your own equipment to use in the facility, you should not use Skillz equipment without prior agreement. You will be held responsible for any Skillz equipment that is lost or damaged through misuse. Non striking batters must be aware at all times the actions of the striking batter.
