Specimen Transfer. PFIZER will provide to LICENSEE Specimens. As used herein, “Specimens” means specimens or samples that: (a) were generated as part of toxicology GLP Studies, (b) are retained by PFIZER as of the Effective Date, and (c) are reasonably retrievable by PFIZER.
