Specimen Shipping Clause Samples

The Specimen Shipping clause outlines the procedures and responsibilities related to the transportation of biological or laboratory specimens between parties. It typically specifies requirements for packaging, labeling, handling, and timing to ensure specimens are preserved and delivered in good condition, and may assign responsibility for shipping costs or address compliance with relevant regulations. This clause is essential for ensuring the safe, timely, and compliant transfer of specimens, thereby minimizing the risk of loss, damage, or regulatory violations during shipment.
