Specified Use. 3.1 The non-exclusive revocable licence granted in clause 2 is conditional on the Works only being used as specified in clause 2 to teach, train or assess the following as amended by the Licensor from time to time at its absolute discretion: (a) nationally endorsed competency units of the Work Health and Safety (WHS) qualifications that are part of the Business Services Training Package (BSTP); or
