Specified Sublease Clause Samples
The Specified Sublease clause defines and identifies a particular sublease agreement that is relevant within the context of a larger contract, such as a master lease or assignment agreement. This clause typically references the sublease by date, parties, and property address, ensuring there is no ambiguity about which sublease is being discussed. Its core function is to provide clarity and precision, preventing misunderstandings or disputes about the scope and application of rights and obligations related to the referenced sublease.
