Specified Policies Clause Samples
The 'Specified Policies' clause defines the particular insurance policies that a party is required to maintain under an agreement. It typically lists the types of insurance, such as general liability, professional indemnity, or property insurance, and may set minimum coverage amounts or other key terms. By clearly identifying the required insurance, this clause ensures that all parties are adequately protected against specified risks and that there is no ambiguity about the insurance obligations under the contract.
