Specified Liens. The Property is not subject to any Specified Lien at any time on or after the first anniversary of the Closing Date.
Specified Liens. All Loan Security is and shall be free and clear of any Liens and restrictions on the transfer thereof except for (i) restrictions on transfer of the Pledged Stock imposed by state, federal or other applicable securities laws, and (ii) Liens on tangible property permitted by Section 7.7.2.
Specified Liens. No Company has any obligation with respect to any Specified Lien to any Person that is the secured party with respect to any such Specified Lien.
