Common use of Specified Information Clause in Contracts

Specified Information. Each Party agrees, promptly upon request, to complete (accurately in a manner reasonably satisfactory to the other Party), execute, arrange for any required certification of, and deliver to the other Party or such government or taxing authority as such other Party directs any form or document that may be required or reasonably requested in order to allow such other Party to make or receive a payment under this Agreement without any deduction or withholding for or on account of any Tax or with such deduction or withholding at a reduced rate.
