Specified Indemnification. All claims by an Indemnitee for Damages that such Indemnitee is entitled to pursuant to Section 10.2(a)(xii) shall be recovered from the Specified Escrow Amount, subject to the terms, conditions and limitations set forth in this Section ‎10.
